Abstract

MELANIE GOTAMI HALIM, 8105160097, Pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Peran Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta, Skripsi, Jakarta: Fakultas Ekonomi, 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI Jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen di SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan instrument kuisioner. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,608> 1,98969. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Peran Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,626> 1,98969. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Sekolah dan Peran Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 21,279> 3,11 ; R Square (R2) sebesar 0,344 atau sebesar 34% variabel Lingkungan Sekolah dan Peran Guru mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar secara serentak dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dapat dicari dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Sekolah, Peran Guru, Motivasi Belajar. This study aims to determine the effect of the school environment and the role of the teacher on the learning motivation of class XI students of the Department of Business and Management at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The method used to collect data is a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study are: (1)There is a positive and significant influence between the School Environment on Learning Motivation as indicated by the value of tcount> ttable which is 2.608> 1.98969. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's role on learning motivation as indicated by the value of tcount> ttable which is 2.626> 1.98969. (3) There is a positive and significant effect between the School Environment and the Role of Teachers on Learning Motivation as indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable which is 21.279> 3.11; R Square (R2) of 0.344 or 34% of the variable School Environment and the Role of Teachers affect Learning Motivation simultaneously and the rest are influenced by other factors that cannot be sought in this study.
