Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pelatihan berbasis collaborative research untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melaksanakan penelitian, yang dilengkapi oleh berbagai perangkat pelatihan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fakta rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian dan memublikasikan hasil penelitian, sehingga berdampak minimnya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Model utama yang digunakan adalah model Dick and Carey yang dikombinasikan dengan memasukkan unsur penting dari berbagai model lainnya, seperti model ADDIE, ARCS, dan konsep kolaborasi, sehingga dapat lebih optimal dalam mengembangkan sebuah sistem pelatihan. Model ini diberi nama Model Pengembangan Penelitian SILATGUR (Sistem Pelatihan Guru) Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengembangkan sebuah model pengembangan penelitian terkombinasi dan sistem pelatihan yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai perangkat pendukung di dalamnya, seperti modul pelatihan, buku kumpulan metode-metode pembelajaran, materi presentasi, dan video tutorial yang dapat diakses online. Selanjutnya, dilakukan evaluasi pakar, yaitu evaluasi pakar desain pembelajaran, pakar materi, dan pakar media pembelajaran. Hasil evaluasi pakar menunjukkan respons yang positif, walaupun terdapat masukan terkait agenda pelatihan, materi pelatihan, modul pelatihan, dan berbagai material pelatihan lainnya. Masukan-masukan dari para pakar telah diakomodasi dan dilakukan perbaikan sesuai dengan komentar para pakar. Hasil penilaian para pakar menunjukkan kualitas perangkat pelatihan yang dihasilkan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata penilaian 4,5 dari skor maksimal 5. Hasil pengujian kepada peserta pelatihan, yaitu one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, dan field trial menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, yaitu peserta merasa terbantu dan mudah untuk mempelajari materi yang disiapkan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari peserta pelatihan adalah artikel yang masih perlu diperbaiki lebih lanjut melalui proses mentoring dan diharapkan segera dapat dipublikasikan dalam jurnal-jurnal terakreditasi nasional di Indonesia. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa sistem pelatihan ini sudah cukup baik untuk digunakan dalam melaksanakan pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi meneliti guru. Kata kunci: sistem pelatihan, kompetensi guru meneliti, collaborative research The research aims to develop a collaborative research-based training system to improve the competency of teachers conducting research, which is equipped by various training devices to support the implementation of training. This research is based on the fact of low competency of teachers in conducting research and publish research results, so it impacts the lack of innovation in the learning process. The main model used was the Dick and Carey model by combining important elements from other models such as ADDIE, ARCS, and collaboration concepts, so that it could be more optimal in developing a training system. This model is named SILATGUR Research Development Model (Teacher Training System). This research has successfully developed a combined model of research and development and a training system equipped with various supporting devices in it, such as training modules, books on methods of learning, presentation materials, and video tutorials that can be accessed online. Furthermore, evaluation of experts, namely evaluation of learning design experts, material experts, and learning media experts. The results of the expert evaluation showed a positive response, although there were inputs related to the training agenda, training materials, training modules, and various other training materials. Expert inputs have been accommodated and improvements are made in accordance with expert commentary. Expert assessment results indicate the quality of the training devices that are produced in the category very well with an average rating of 4.5 from a maximum score of 5. The test results to the trainees, namely one to one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field trial showed satisfactory results, that is, participants find it helpful and easy to learn the material prepared. The products produced from the trainees are articles that still need further improvement through the mentoring process and are expected to be published immediately in national accredited journals in Indonesia. This result proves that this training system is good enough to be used in conducting teacher training to improve the competency of researching teachers.
