Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Job Safety Analysis untuk Laboratorium Mekanika Tanah di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang berlokasi di Jalan Rawamangun Muka No. 1 RT 11/RW 14, Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta 13220. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020 – Agustus 2020 melalui tahapan pengumpulan informasi, pengamatan laboratorium, desain produk, validasi ahli, dan pengolahan data. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg & Gall level 1, yaitu meneliti tanpa menguji. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Job Safety Analysis yang dikembangkan sudah layak untuk diimplementasikan di laboratorium mekanika tanah dengan hasil validasi ahli menilai kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan sebesar 95.89%. Dengan dikembangkannya Job Safety Analysis akan melengkapi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di Laboratorium Mekanika Tanah, hal tersebut akan semakin baik jika ditunjang dengan penataan ulang kondisi barang yang ada di laboratorium dan melengkapi rambu-rambu serta alat K3 yang diperlukan. This research aim to develop Job Safety Analysis for Soil Mechanics Laboratory as an effort to improve Health and Safety Management System. This research was conducted in Educational Building Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta located in Jalan Rawamangun Muka No. 1 RT 11/RW 14, Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta 13220. This research conducted from April 2020 – August 2020 through information collecting phase, laboratory observation phase, product design phase, expert validation phase, and data processing phase. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development model Borg and Gall level 1. The result showed that the development of Job Safety Analysis for Soil Mechanics Laboratory can be implemented with experts validaion score 95,89%. With the development of Job Safety Analysis, it will compliment the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the Soil Mechanics Laboratory, it will be even better if it is supported by rearranging the conditions of existing goods in the laboratory and completing the necessery safety signs and tools.
