Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini adalah sebuah studi kepustakaan dalam pentingnya Penemuan Kembali Arsip pada suatu perusahaan sebagai salah satu bentuk penerapan system administrasi yang baik serta menjadi solusi dalam melakukan penataan arsip pada Unit Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Cipayung. Metode yang dipilih dalam karya ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dalam hal ini pengumpulan beberapa data melalui studi pustaka, observasi serta praktik. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Penemuan Kembali Arsip yang berperan penting dalam membantu kegiatan administrasi perkantoran khususnya berkaitan dengan penataan kearsipan harus sesuai dengan system yang diterapkan perusahaan. Sehingga metode penyimpanan kearsipan yang dilakukan dalam perusahaan tidak menyulitkan pegawai ketika akan menemukan kembali beberapa arsip dan pegawai dapat memaksimalkan waktu bekerja dengan lebih efektif. Kata kunci: Kearsipan, Sistem Kearsipan, Temu Kembali Arsip This scientific work is a literature study in the importance of the rediscovery archives in a company as a form application of a good administrative system as well as a solution in organizing records at Unit Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Cipayung. The method that chosen in this scientific work by using descriptive analysis method in this case the collection of some data through literature study, observation and practice.The results of this study are that rediscovery archives that plays an important role in helping office administration activities, especially relating to the management of archives must be in accordance with the system adopted by the company. So that the method of archiving stored in the company does not make it difficult for employees to find back some records and employees can maximize working time more effectively.
