Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan petani berdasarkan perubahan musim yang diterima oleh petani di Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Cirebon. Pengumpulan data di lokasi penelitian berlangsung pada bulan Februari 2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisoner. Populasi petani baik itu penggarap maupun buruh tani Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Cirebon berjumlah 4363 petani dan untuk teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan dengan tenik random sampling dan ditentukan sampel sebanyak 98 petani baik petani pemilik , pemilik penggarap maupun buruh tani dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 4363 petani. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekuder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, petani menjual hasil pertanian ke tengkulak, para tengkulak langsung mendatangi petani untuk membeli hasil pertanian, harga hasil pertanian ditentukan oleh tengkulak. Petani mendapatkan subsidi dari pemerintah berupa pupuk yang disalurkan melalui kelompok usahatani. Pendapatan yang diperoleh pada saat musim kemarau adalah sebesar Rp. 12.097.844/garapan/musim, sedangkan pendapataan musim hujan adalah sebesar Rp 9.537.710/garapan/musim, Harga jual saat musim kemarau lebih besar dibanding musim hujan. Terdapat perbedaan pendapataan antara kedua musim, dimana pendapataan saat musim hujan lebih kecil dibanding musim kemarau dengan selisih sebesar Rp. 2.560.134/garapan/musim.Namun tikat produktivitas saat musim hujan berjumlah 48.42 kwintal/ha/musim jauh lebih besar dibandingkan musim kemarau yang hanya berjumlah 41.35 kwintal/ha/musim disebabkan saat musim hujan persediaan air mencukupi disbanding musim kemarau, terdapat perbedaan sebesar 7,07 kwintal/ha/musim. The main objective of this study was to get empirical data, to calculate the data and to compare the data of the amount of productivity and income received by cultivators during the rainy season and dry season in Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Cirebon. The data of the study site took place in February 2020. The study applied deskritive method. The method of collecting the data was questionnaire. The study took a sample of population respondents which were the cultivators in Susukan, Cirebon in total there were 4.363 cultivators and random sampling was used to collect the sample that represented by 98 cultivators both owner cultivators,cultibvator owner and laborers. cultivators sell their agricultural products to middlemen, middlemen go directly to cultivators to buy agricultural products, the price of agricultural products is determined by the middlemen. cultivators get subsidies from the government in the form of fertilizers which are distributed through farming groups. The data gathered consists of primary and secondary data. According to the study, the income that the cultivators got in dry season was Rp. 12.097.844/arable/season, meanwhile in rainy season they got Rp 9.537.710/arable/season. The selling price during dry season is higher than rainy season. In conclusion, there was a differentiation between the dry season and the rainy season, where the income in rainy season was less than the dry season with the deviation of Rp. 2.560.134 /arable/season. However, productivity level in rainy season was 48.42 quintal/ha/season much higher than the dry season which was only 41.45 quintal/ha/season, because during rainy season water supply is sufficient compared to dry season. there was 7.07 quintal/ha/season differentiation per season.
