Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan keterampilan olahraga futsal berbasis pola permainan untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Secara khusus tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana model latihan keterampilan olahraga futsal berbasis pola permainan untuk SMP; dan 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah model latihan keterampilan olahraga futsal berbasis pola permainan efektif pada SMP. Dalam rancangan penelitian ini, peneliti mengacu pada model pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall. Hasil dari model ini tidak hanya pengembangan sebuah produk yang sudah ada melainkan juga untuk menemukan pengetahuan atau jawaban atas permasalahan praktis. Dari sepuluh langkah yang ada dalam model tersebut, peneliti melakukan beberapa modifikasi sesuai kebutuhan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui serangkaian evaluasi ahli, uji coba lapangan, dan pembahasan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk ini layak digunakan pada SMP. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan nilai mean untuk kelompok latihan keterampilan futsal berbasis pola permainan yang inkonvensional sebesar 83,55 dan nilai kelompok yang konvensional sebesar 77,80 dengan nilai t-hitung sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, model latihan keterampilan futsal berbasis pola permainan untuk SMP yang mengembangkan bakat dan minat pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dan secara keseluruhan layak untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci: Model latihan, Pola Permainan, SMP ABSTRACT This research is generally aimed to develop a the skills futsal sports exercise model game-based pattern for junior high school students. The specific objectives of this study are: 1) To find out how a the skills futsal sports exercise model game-based pattern for junior high school students; and 2) To find out if a the skills futsal sports exercise model game-based pattern is effective for junior high school students. In the design of this study, the researcher referred to development model of Research and Development (R&D) of Borg and Gall. The results of the model is not only the development of an existing product but also to explore knowledge or answers to practical problems. Of the ten steps that exist in the model, the researcher made some adjustments as needed. From the results of this study conducted through a series of expert evaluations, field trials, and discussion of research results indicate that this product is suitable for junior high school students. The results of the effectiveness test show that the mean value for the skills futsal exercise group using play-way inconventional model is 83,55 and the mean value for conventional group is 77,80 with t-test value is sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Therefore, the skills futsal exercise model game-based pattern for junior high school students who develop talents and interests in extracurricular activities is effective to improve their abilities and is overall worthy of use.
