Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan locus of control terhadap kepuasan kerja pada guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan terhitung mulai Februari sampai dengan Juli 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah seluruh guru pada SMK Negeri Jakarta Selatan dengan populasi sebanyak 293 guru dan sampel sebanyak 158 guru, dengan menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Data Variabel Lingkungan Sekolah (X1), Locus of Control (X2) dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru (Y) merupakan data primer yang berbentuk kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu, analisa outer model, analisa inner model dan uji hipotesis. Analisa outer model terdiri atas Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extraxted (AVE), dan Cronbach Alpha. Analisa inner model terdiri atas R-Square (R2), f-Square (f2) dan Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). Pada hasil perhitungan Path Coefficient variabel lingkungan sekolah dan locus of control, menghasilkan nilai T-Statistic > 1,96 dan nilai P Values < 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan locus of control. Pada uji F menghasilkan F hitung sebesar F Hitung sebesar 336,938 > F Tabel 3,05. Maka lingkungan sekolah dan locus of control berpengaruh secara simultan dengan kepuasan kerja guru. This study aims to determine the effect of the school environment and locus of control on job satisfaction for teachers of SMK Negeri in South Jakarta. This research was conducted for six months from February to July 2020. The research method used was all teachers at SMK Negeri Jakarta Selatan with a population of 293 teachers and a sample of 158 teachers, using the proportional random sampling technique. School Environment Variable Data (X1), Locus of Control (X2) and Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y) are primary data in the form of a research questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. Outer model analysis consists of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Average Variance Extraxted (AVE), and Cronbach Alpha. Inner model analysis consists of R-Square (R2), f-Square (f2) and Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). On the results of the Path Coefficient calculation, the school environment variable and locus of control resulted in a T-Statistic value> 1.96 and a P value <0.05. This shows that the school environment has a positive and significant relationship with locus of control. In the F test results in F count of F count of 336.938> F Table 3.05. So the school environment and locus of control simultaneously influence teacher job satisfaction.
