Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an. Adapun sasaran pengguna program pembelajaran ini adalah pengajar Studi Qur’an Intensif (SQI) untuk tahsin level 1. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) dari Prof. Atwi Suparman. Model tersebut memiliki delapan tahapan, yakni tahap identifikasi kebutuhan pembelajaran dan menulis tujuan pembelajaran umum, analisis pembelajaran, identifikasi perilaku dan karakteristik awal peserta didik, menulis tujuan pembelajaran khusus, menulis tes acuan patokan, menyusun strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan bahan pembelajaran, dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi formatif yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ialah expert review dan one to one, dengan melibatkan 2 (dua) orang ahli desain pembelajaran, 2 (dua) orang ahli materi, 3 (tiga) orang pengajar, dan 2 (dua) orang peserta SQI. Perolehan nilai rata-rata dari expert review oleh ahli desain pembelajaran adalah 3,13 yang menunjukkan kriteria baik. Pada ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata 3,72 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Sedangkan pada one to one diperoleh rata-rata 3,30 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Dari hasil evaluasi formatif tersebut maka menunjukkan bahwa program pembelajaran ini baik dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an. Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Program Pembelajaran, Tahsin, Al-Qur’an, MPI, Model Pengembangan Instruksional. This research and development aims to produce the instructional program of Tahseen Al-Qur'an. The target users of this instructional program are the instructors of Studi Qur’an Intensif (SQI) for Tahseen level 1. This research and development is based on the Instructional Development Model (Model Pengembangan Instruksional / MPI) by Prof. Atwi Suparman. The model has eight stages which include identifying intructional needs and writing general instructional goals, instructional analysis, identifying behaviors and initial characteristics of students, writing specific instructional objectives, writing benchmark reference tests, developing instructional strategies, developing instructional materials, and formative evaluations. Formative evaluation conducted in this study were expert review and one to one, involving 2 (two) instructional design experts, 2 (two) material experts, 3 (three) instructors and 2 (two) learners of SQI. The average value of the instructional design expert is 3.13 which showed good criteria. The material experts obtained an average of 3.72 with very good criteria. Whereas one to one obtained an average of 3.30 with very good criteria. From the results of the formative evaluations, it shows that this instructional program is good and worthy to be used in the Tahseen Qur'an instructional.
