Abstract

LIA ASPRILA AMBARWATI. Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kebijakan Dividen Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Skripsi, Jakarta : Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan mengetahui apakah kebijakan dividen dapat dijadikan variabel intervening pada hubungan profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang termasuk dalam sektor keuangan selama tahun 2016-2018 berturut-turut. Sampel penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan metode pusposive sampling yang menghasilkan 93 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan alat uji smartPLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara kebijakan dividen tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. The Influence of Profitability and Solvability Against the Company’s Value with Dividend Policy As Intervening Variable. Thesis, Jakarta : Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2020. This research aims at determining the influence of profitability and solvability against the company value and finding out the dividend policy can be used as intervening variable on relation of profitability and solvability against the company’s value. The population of this research is the companies that included in financial sector during 2016-2018. The samples of this research were taken by purposive sampling technique which amounted 93 samples. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis with smartPLS version 3. Based on the result of this research showed that the profitability has a positive effect on the company’s value. Solvability has no effect on company’s value. Then Profitability and Solvability has no effect to dividen policy. On the contray dividend policy has negative effect on the company’s value. While, the dividend policy can’t mediate the relationship between profitability and company’s firm and solvability with company’s value.
