Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja guru PAUD Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi target penelitian ini adalah 85 guru. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 70 guru menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas guru, peningkatan pelaku kepemimpinan akan mengakibatkan hasil kerja meningkat; (2) disipli kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap loyalitas guru, peningkatan disiplin kerja akan menyebabkan loyalitas guru meningkat; (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap disiplin kerja, peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan menyebabkan disiplin kerja meningkat. Loyalitas guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school principal leadership and work discipline on the work loyalty of West Cikarang PAUD teachers in the Bekasi Regency. This research was conducted using a survey method with a quantitative approach. the target population of this study was 85 teachers. The research sample was selected as many as 70 teachers using simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that: (1) the principal's leadership has a direct positive effect on teacher loyalty, an increase in leadership actors will result in increased work results; (2) work discipline has a direct po’sitive effect on teacher loyalty, increased work discipline will cause teacher loyalty toincrease; (3) the principal's leadership has a direct positive effect on work discipline, increasing the headmaster's leadership will cause work discipline to increase. Teacher loyalty can be enhanced by increasing the principal's leadership and work discipline
