Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen guru di Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT). Dimulai dari perencanaan guru, rekrutmen guru, seleksi dan penempatan guru, pelatihan dan pengembangan guru, dan evaluasi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, dokumen, dan wawancara. informannya yaitu: kepala sekolah, wakil-wakil kepala sekolah, guru senior, dan unsur yayasan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif dengan tahapan yaitu: penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan keunikan manajemen guru SDIT Iqra 1 Kota Bengkulu yang menerapkan pendidikan secara umum dan pendidikan agama. Manajemen guru SDIT Iqra 1 Kota Bengkulu unik karena mampu menggabungkan konsep manajemen modern dengan agama islam sekaligus sebagai ruh nilai dalam tiap aktivitasnya. Manajemen guru demikian menghasilkan guru yang disiplin, komitmen, rapih, kreatif, dan loyal. Selain itu, SDIT Iqra 1 Kota Bengkulu menjadi rujukan bagi banyak sekolah dalam hal manajemen guru. Kata Kunci: perencanaan, rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, dan evaluasi. The aims of the study is to analyze teacher's management in Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT). Starting from teacher planning, teacher recruitment, teacher selection and placement, teacher training and development, and teacher performance evaluation. This research was used a qualitative approach and the case study method. Data collected by observation, documents, and interviews. the informants are: the principal, vice principals, senior teachers, and foundation elements. The Data analysis was performed using interactive analysis techniques with stages namely: data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found the uniqueness of the teacher's management of SDIT Iqra 1 Bengkulu City who implemented general education and religious education. Teacher management SDIT Iqra 1 Bengkulu City is unique because it is able to combine the concept of modern management with Islam as well as the value of values in every activity. Such teacher management poduces diciplined teachers, commitment, neat, creative, and loyal. In addition, SDIT Iqra 1 Bengkulu City became a reference for many schools in terms of teacher management.
