Abstract

ABSTRAK. Irvan Rosyadi. Sistem Monitoring Online Penggunaan Energi Listrik Pada Rumah Berbasis ESP32. Skripsi. Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Dosen Pembimbing : Drs. Wisnu Djatmiko, M.T. dan Drs. Jusuf Bintoro, M.T. Untuk mengetahui jumlah pemakaian listrik adalah dengan cara mengukur energi listrik tersebut menggunakan alat pengukur energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem monitoring online energi listrik yang dapat membaca tegangan efektif, arus efektif, daya semu dan energi listrik (kWh) menggunakan ESP32 sebagai kontrolernya. Dalam meneliti, merancang, dan merealisasikan prototipe sistem monitoring online penggunaan energi listrik pada rumah berbasis ESP32 dilakukan di rumah peneliti, laboratorium Mekatronika Robotika serta laboratorium Bengkel Mekanik Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada bulan Oktober 2019 – Juli 2020. Prototipe sistem yang direalisasikan terdiri dari 4 sistem : (1) Sensor PZEM004T sebagai sensor yang dapat membaca Vrms, Irms, daya semu dan kWh (2) Sistem penampil data menggunakan LCD 20x4 dengan koneksi I2C (3) kontroller ESP32 yang dilengkapi WiFi (4) Internet of Things Prototipe sistem monitoring online penggunaan energi listrik pada rumah berbasis ESP32 telah selesai dibuat, diuji, dan dibandingkan dengan menggunakan power meter Atorch dan hasil pengukuran tegangan efektif memiliki tingkat akurasi 99,3% atau error sebesar +0,7 %. Akurasi pengukuran arus efektif sebesar 98,2% atau error sebesar +1,8%. Akurasi pengukuran daya semu sebesar 96,7% atau error sebesar +3,3 %. Dan akurasi pengukuran energi listrik dalam satuan kWh sebesar 98,96% atau error sebesar +1,04 %. To find out the amount of electricity usage is by measuring the electrical energy using an electric energy meter. This study aims to design an online electrical energy monitoring system that can read effective voltage, effective current, apparent power and electrical energy (kWh) using ESP32 as the controller. In researching, designing, and realizing the prototype of an online monitoring system for the use of electrical energy in homes based on ESP32 conducted at the home of researchers, the Robotics Mechatronics laboratory and the Mechanical Workshop Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta in October 2019 - Juli 2020. The realized system prototype consists of 4 systems: (1) PZEM-004T sensor as a sensor that can read Vrms, Irms, apparent power and kWh (2) Data viewer system uses LCD 20x4 with I2C connection (3) ESP32 controller equipped with WiFi (4) Internet of Things. The prototype of an online monitoring system for the use of electrical energy in homes based on ESP32 has been completed, tested, and compared using an Atorch power meter and the results of effective voltage measurements have an accuracy rate of 99,3% or an error of +0,7%. The accuracy of effective current measurement is 98,2% or an error of +1,8%. The accuracy of apparent power measurement is 96,7% or error is +3,3%. And the accuracy of measuring electrical energy in units of kWh is 98,96% or an error of 1,04%.
