Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu produk pembelajaran bauran guna memfasilitasi mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pengembangan Program Diklat di lingkungan program studi Teknologi Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang dijalankan termasuk kedalam metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi menggunakan model berbasis sistem Dick and Carey serta menambahkan model ILDF (Integrated Learning Design Framework) pada langkah ke 7 model Dick and Carey. Adapun penjabaran langkah-langkahnya yakni 1)Identifikasi Tujuan dan Kebutuhan, 2)Analisis Instruksional, 3)Analisis Pebelajar dan Konteks, 4)Menuliskan Tujuan Umum, 5)Mengembangkan Instrumen, 6)Mengembangkan Strategi Pembelajaran, 7)Mengembangkan dan Memilih Material Instruksional, 8)Merancang dan Melakukan Evaluasi Formatif, 9) Melakukan Revisi Instruksional, 10)Merancang dan Melaksanakan Evaluasi Sumatif. Sedangkan model ILDF (Integrated Learning Design Framework) digunakan sebagai model pengembangan produk dengan langkah yakni 1)Eksplorasi, 2)Penyusunan, 3)Evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan ialah expert review dan uji coba pengguna one-to-one dan small group. Hasil dari penilaian ketiga expert tersebut menunjukkan angka 3,1 dan uji coba pengguna menunjukkan angka 3,5. Pengembangan blended learning mata kuliah Pengembangan Program Diklat ini dapat diakses pada portal moodle Teknologi Pendididkan serta diharapkan mampu memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran blended khusunya dalam pertemuan online (asinkron). This research aims to develop a blended learning products to facilitate students in the course of the Development of Education and Training Programs in the environment of Educational Technology study programs, Jakarta State University. The research methods carried out are included in the Research and Development method. The research and development method adapted using the Dick and Carey system-based model and adding the ILDF (Integrated Learning Design Framework) model in step 7th of the Dick and Carey model. The steps is 1) Identification of Goals and Needs, 2) Instructional Analysis, 3) Student and Context Analysis, 4) Writing General Objectives, 5) Developing Instruments, 6) Developing Learning Strategies, 7) Developing and Selecting Instructional Materials, 8) Designing and Implementing Formative Evaluations, 9) Conducting Instructional Revisions, 10) Designing and Implementing Summative Evaluations. While the ILDF (Integrated Learning Design Framework) model is used as a product development model with steps, namely 1) Exploration, 2) Compilation, 3) Evaluation. Evaluations were carried out by expert reviews and one-to-one and small group user trials. The results of the three experts assessment showed 3,1 and the user trial showed 3,5. The development of blended learning courses The Development of the Training Program can be accessed on the moodle portal of Educational Technology and is expected to be able to facilitate the learning needs of students in the blended learning process especially in online learning (asynchronous).
