Abstract

ABSTRAK Adinda Maghriza. Pengaruh Self Efficcay dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa di SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Skripsi. Pendidikan Ekonomi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy (X1) dan Motivasi Belajar (X2) terhadap Kemandirian Belajar (Y) siswa di SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung mulai April hingga Juni 2020. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 108 siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 84 siswa. Data Variabel (Y) Kemandirian Belajar, (X1) Self Efficacy, dan (X2) Motivasi Belajar diperoleh dari kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t, self efficacy (X1) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kemandirian belajar (Y) dengan thitung 8,125 > ttabel 1,98969. Dan motivasi belajar (X2) juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kemandirian belajar (Y) dengan thitung 6,054 > ttabel 1,98969. Sedangkan hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji – F diperoleh F hitung 168,389 > F tabel 3,11 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel self efficacy (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan variabel kemandirian belajar (Y). sehingga diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda yang menghasilkan Ŷ = 7,871 +0,518X1 + 0,506X2. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan: (i) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy terhadap kemandirian belajar, (ii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar, (iii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian belajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Self Efficacy dan Motivasi Belajar merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Belajar. State University of Jakarta. 2020 This study aims to find out wheter there is an influence between Self Efficacy (X1) and Learning Motivation (X2) on Student’s Self-Regulated Learning (Y) in SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. The study was conducted for three months starting from April until June 2020. The population in this research is 108 grade X SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta students, Major in Accounting. The sampling technique used random sampling so that the sample was 84 students. Data of variable (Y) Self-Regulated Learning, (X1) Self Efficacy, and (X2) Learning Motivation were obtained from questionnaire. Based on the results of the t-test, self-efficacy (X1) has a significant effect on self regulated learning (Y) with t count 8.125> t table 1.98969. And learning motivation (X2) also has a significant effect on self regulated learning (Y) with t count 6.054> t table 1.98969. While the results of the significance test with the F-test obtained F count 168.389> F table 3.11, which means that there is a significant influence between the variable self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) together with self regulated learning (Y). The requirements analysis test done is to find regression equation that produces Ŷ = 7,871 +0,518X1 + 0,506X2. The results of analysis show: (i) there is significant positive influence between Self Efficacy and Self-Regulated Learning, (ii) there is significant positive influence between Learning Motivation and Self-Regulated Learning, (iii there is significant positive influence between Self Efficacy and Learning Motivation to Self-Regulated Learning. Basic on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Self Efficacy and Learning Motivation stimultaneously affect learning motivation.
