Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan “New Employee Orientation Training Online (NEO-T Online)” untuk Sales Superintendent di PT Gramedia Asri Media. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi 4 level Donald Kirkpatrick (2006). Peneliti memberi batasan evaluasi yaitu pada level 1 reaksi. Evaluasi level 1 mengukur efektifitas pelatihan berdasarkan reaksi serta kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan yang diikutinya. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan pada evaluasi ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring menggunakan platform Google Form. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 10 orang karyawan Gramedia dengan jabatan Sales Superintendent. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh indikator mendapatkan reaksi yang positif. Namun, setelah peneliti memperdalam data melalui wawancara terdapat beberapa aspek yang memiliki kekurangan. This study aims to evaluate the training program "New Employee Orientation Training Online (NEO-T Online)" for Sales Superintendent at PT Gramedia Asri Media. The evaluation model used is Donald Kirkpatrick's 4 level evaluation model (2006). The researcher limits the evaluation to level 1 -reactions. Level 1 evaluation measures the effectiveness of the training based on the reaction and satisfaction of the participants to the training program that they participated in. The data collection method in this evaluation is by distributing online questionnaires using the Google Form platform. And the sampling methods uses purposive sampling with 10 Sales Superintendent Gramedia employees as a sample. The results of this study conclude that all indicators get positive reactions. However, after researchers deepen the data there are several aspects that have deficiencies.
