Abstract

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI JAKARTA TIMUR ABDOLLAH 7617167345 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Jakarta Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 258 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap kinerja guru SMP dengan sampel 258 guru yang dipilih dari target populasi sebanyak 726 guru. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja; 2) budaya organisasi dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja harus ditingkatkan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja.
