Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video tutorial tentang latihan difusi kognitif untuk mengurangi pikiran negatif pada peserta didik di SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Based Research (DBR) atau biasa disebut dengan Educational Design Research dengan tiga tahapan yaitu analisis dan eksplorasi, desain dan konstruksi, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta sebanyak 119 peserta menggunakan teknek simple random sampling. Dengan Pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik penyebaran angket, wawancara, dan cognitive fusion questionnaire pada peserta didik dan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil uji validasi dengan ahli media sebesar 86,36% dan ahli materi sebesar 86,36%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video tutorial tentang latihan difusi kognitif dikategorikan sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan interpretasi kesesuaian gambar, keterbacaan tulisan, kesesuaian metode, dan sistematika penyajian yang baik. Dengan demikian, pengembangan media video tutorial tentang latihan difusi kognitif memberikan informasi mengenai strategi mengurangi pikiran negatif, serta memiliki keterampilan dalam melakukan latihan difusi kognitif secara mandiri kepada peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Video Tutorial, Difusi Kognitif, Fusi Kognitif, Pikiran Negatif, Design Based Research Abstract: This study aims to develop video tutorial media on cognitive defusion exercises to reduce negative thoughts in students at state senior high school 68 Jakarta. The research method used in this research is Design Based Research (DBR) or so-called Educational Design Research with three stages, namely analysis and exploration, design and construction, and evaluation and reflection. However, this research only reached the evaluation stage. The research was conducted at state senior high school 68 Jakarta. The sample in this study were 119 students of class XI state senior high school 68 Jakarta using simple random sampling technique. With data collection, researchers used questionnaire distribution techniques, interviews, and cognitive fusion questionnaires to students and the Guidance and Counseling Teacher.The results of the validation test with media experts were 86.36% and material experts were 86.36%. Thus it can be concluded that the video tutorial media on cognitive defusion exercises are categorized as very feasible to be used with interpretations of image suitability, readability of writing, suitability of methods, and good presentation systematics. Thus, the development of video tutorial media on cognitive defusion exercises provides information about strategies to reduce negative thoughts, and has skills in doing cognitive defusion exercises independently to students.
