Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kesejahteraan guru honorer. Peneliti meggunakan metode kuantitatif. Peneliti mengadopsi dan mengadaptasi instrument PERMA-Profiler dan alat ukur Beban Kerja. Sampel berjumlah 133 orang yaitu guru honorer yang masih aktif mengajar di seluruh Indonesia dengan teknik sampel purposif. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis regresi. Pengaruh yang dihasilkan bersifat negatif, artinya semakin tinggi beban kerja yang dimiliki oleh guru honorer maka kesejahteraan guru honorer akan cenderung menurun. Besar pengaruh yang dihasilkan beban kerja terhadap kesejahteraan guru adalah 3,2% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor. This research was conducted to determine the effect of workload on the honorary teacher wellbeing. Researcher used quantitative methods. Researcher adopted and adapted the PERMA-Profiler instrument and Workload measurement tools. The sample consisted of 133 people, which is honorary teachers who were still actively teaching throughout Indonesia with a purposive sample technique. The data processing method used in hypothesis testing is regression analysis. The result of effect is negative, it means that the higher of workload held by honorary teachers, the wellbeing of honorary teachers will tend to decrease. The amount of influence generated by the workload on teacher wellbeing is 3.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors.
