Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap self-regulated learning pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen atau alat ukur Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire untuk mengukur self-regulated learning dan Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-ASF untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 333 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap self-regulated learning pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh sebesar 6,4% terhadap variabel self-regulated learning. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on self-regulated learning in junior high school students in distance learning. This type of research is quantitative research using instruments or measuring instruments Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire to measure self-regulated learning and Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-ASF to measure emotional intelligence. The sampling technique used in this study was a non probability sampling technique with 333 students as respondents. The results showed that there was a significant influence between emotional intelligence on self-regulated learning in junior high school students in distance learning. The variable of emotional intelligence has an effect of 6.4% on the variable self-regulated learning.
