Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia menyebabkan pemerintah mengeluarkan imbauan untuk mengurangi aktivitas luar rumah, salah satunya adalah dengan memberlakukan kuliah online yang kemudian direspon beragam oleh mahasiswa di media sosialnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis jejaring sosial Twitter terkait stres akademik dalam pemberlakuan kuliah secara daring dalam masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Social Network Analysis (SNA) dengan data dari media sosial Twitter. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret dan April dengan menggunakan keyword ‘kuliah online’ dan ‘stres’. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres akademik yang terjadi pada mahasiswa yang menjalankan kuliah online disebabkan oleh banyaknya tugas yang diberikan serta adanya faktor keterbatasan kuota internet yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengikuti kuliah online. The existence of Covid-19 pandemic that struck Indonesia caused the government to issued a policies to reduce outdoor activities, one of it was by applying online lecture which then get a lot of diverse responses from students on social media. The purpose of this research is to know the analysis of social networks Twitter related to academic stress in the application of the online lecture in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses Social Network Analysis (SNA) methods with data was from social media Twitter. Data retrieval is conducted in March and April using the ‘online lecture’ and ‘stress’ keyword. The result of the analysis shows that the academic stress of the student who did the online lectures was caused by the number of tasks assigned as well as the internet quota limitation factor which is very much needed in attending online lectures.
