Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku prososial dengan konsep diri pada dewasa awal yangmenjadi relawan di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku prososial adalah instrumen Prosocialness Scale for Adults, sedangkan untuk mengukur konsep diri mengunakan instrumenPersonal Self-Concept Questionnaire. Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 110 relawan yang terdaftar di suatu komunitas atau organisasi di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian diolah menggunakan korelasi product momentdengan menggunakan softwareSPSS Versi 25.Kesimpulanyang didapat dari penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan perilaku prososial dengankonsep diri pada dewasa awal yang terlibat menjadi relawan di Jakarta dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 dan nilai r hitung 0,465 The Research is aimed at perceiving the correlations between prosocial behavior and self-concept of young adult volunteers in Jakarta. The prosocial behavior in this research measured with Prosocialness Scale for Adults scale, while the self-concept is measured with Personal Self-Concept Questionnaire. Product moment correlation is used to verify the hypothesis. Respondents in this study consisted of 110 volunteers registered in a community or organization in Jakarta. The results of the study were analyzed using product moment correlation by SPSS version 25. The conclusion of this study showed that there was a correlations between prosocial behavior and self-concept of young adult volunteers in Jakarta with a significance value <0.05 and r value; 0.465.
