Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan Desain pelatihan “Membatik Tulis” di Balai Diklat Industri Jakarta. Pengembangan program ini mengacu pada Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) yang di kembangkan oleh M. Atwi Suparman. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui delapan Langkah. Langkah – Langkah penlitian yang harus di kembangkan yaitu (1) Mengidentifikasi tujuan umum instruksional, (2) Analisis Instruksional, (3) Mengidentifikasi dan karakteristik awal peserta, (4) Menganalisis tujuan instruksional khusus, (5) Menulis acuan patokan, (6) Menyusu strategi instruksional, (7) Mengembangkan bahan instruksional, (8) Mendesain dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan set produk instruksioanal berupa modul. Produk yang dihasilkan telah di evaluasi oleh para expert Reviu. Evaluasi Expert reviu oleh Desain Pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 3,83, Evaluasi Expert reviu ahli materi sebesar 3,48, Evaluasi Expert reviu Media Pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 3,78, dan Evaluasi dari 3 orang instruktur balai diklat industry Jakarta mendapakan nilai rata-rata 3,47. Dari nilai keseluaruhan dapat dikatakan produk yang dikembangkan “Baik” dan dapat digunakan untuk pelatihan Membatik Tulis di Balai Diklat Industri Jakarta. This training is to develop and create a "Batik Making" training design at the Jakarta Industrial Training Center. The development of this program refers to the Instructional Development Model (MPI) developed by M. Atwi Suparman. The development procedure is carried out through eight Steps. Research steps that must be developed are (1) Identifying instructional general objectives, (2) Instructional Analysis, (3) Identifying and initial characteristics of participants, (4) Analyzing specific instructional objectives, (5) Writing benchmark references, (6) Breastfeed instructional strategies, (7) Develop instructional materials, (8) Design and carry out formative evaluations. The results of the study resulted in an instruction set of analog products in the form of modules. The resulting product has been evaluated by Review experts. Evaluation of Expert Review Review by Learning Design with an average value of 3.83, Evaluation of Expert Review Review material by 3.48, Evaluation of Reviewing Expert Learning Media with an average value of 3.78, and Evaluation of 3 instructors at the Jakarta Industrial Training and Education Center an average value of 3.47. From the overall value it can be said that the product developed is "Good" and can be used for Batik Writing training at the Jakarta Industrial Training Center.
