Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kualitas mengajar guru SMK Pelayaran di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel diambil sebanyak 146 guru dengan teknik sensus sampling yakni seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan path analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif supervisi kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kualitas mengajar guru, 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap budaya sekolah ************ The objective of this research is to study the effect of the supervision’s principal, and school culture to quality teaching teachers of middle schools of vocational shipping in Jakarta. Quantitative approach used in this research with survey method. The samples of this research were 146 teachers with census sampling. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be conclude that: 1) the supervision’s principal and school culture had a positive direct effect on quality teaching teachers; 2) the supervision’s principal had a positive direct effect on school culture. Therefore to improve quality teaching teachers, the supervision’s principal, and school culture should be improved.
