Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku pelaku perundungan siber remaja akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 236 remaja akhir di DKI Jakarta yang berperan sebagai pelaku perundungan siber. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik aksidental/insidental. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala Cyberbullying Perpetration Scale oleh Lee, Abell dan Holmes dan Brief Self-Control Scale oleh Tangney, Baumeister dan Boone. Pada hasil uji regresi linear sederhana, diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung 14,237 > F tabel 3,89. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku pelaku perundungan siber remaja akhir di DKI Jakarta. This research aims to understand the impacts of self-control on behavior of cyberbullying late adolescent perpetrators. This research applied a quantitative approach. The samples in this research were 17-21 years old of 236 late adolescences in the DKI Jakarta who act as cyberbullying perpetrators. The data collection in this research conducted an accidental/incidental technique. The instruments used in this research were Cyberbullying Perpetration Scale by Lee, Abell, and Holmes and Brief Self-Control Scale by Tangney, Baumeister, and Boone. In the result of simple linear regression analysis, it was known that F value calculated 14,237 > F table 3,89. It can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was refused, which means, there were impacts of Self-Control on behavior of cyberbullying late adolescent perpetrators in the DKI Jakarta.
