Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas kolaborasi antara orang tua dengan guru BK dalam pelaksanaan program BK di SMA Sulthon Aulia Boarding School. Adanya beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara guru BK dengan stakeholder dapat membantu siswa dalam proses perkembangan. Sampel pada penelitian adalah orang tua siswa dan guru BK sebanyak 151 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey dengan menyebarkan instrumen kualitas kolaborasi dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 20,53% responden memiliki kualitas kolaborasi yang baik, 66,89% responden memiliki kualitas kolaborasi cukup baik, dan 12,58% memiliki kualitas kolaborasi yang buruk. Komponen collaborative culture memiliki persentase skor terbaik dan komponen strategic vision memiliki persentase terburuk. Oleh karena itu, guru BK perlu meningkatkan kualitas kolaborasi melalui berbagai kegiatan di sekolah yang melibatkan orang tua siswa. This research aims to determine the collaboration quality between parents and school counselor in implementation of guidance and counseling program at Sulthon Aulia Boarding School. The previous studies Hve show that collaboration between school counselor and stakeholders can help student in their development. The research method used was quantitative. The data collection was conducted by doing survey to 150 parents and 1 school counselor. The sampling method used was rndom sampling technique. The instrument used was Collaboration Quality Instrument and has been analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result showed that 20.53% of respondent had good collaboration quality, 66.89% of respondents had moderate quality, and 12.58% had poor quality. The collaboration culture component ws the best percentage score and the strategic vision component was the worst percentage. Therefore, school counselor need to improve the quality of collaboration through various activities in schools that involve parents of students.
