Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi unsur afirmasi terhadap kecemasan pada pendengar lagu Rehat – Kunto Aji. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian kali ini yaitu pendengar lagu Rehat – Kunto Aji yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk memperoleh sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan berhasil memperoleh 301 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian, yaitu istrumen afirmasi dan instrumen kecemasan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0.004 < 0.05 dan nilai Correlation Coefficient -.163 yang menandakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi unsur afirmasi dan kecemasan pada pendengar lagu Rehat – Kunto Aji, dengan korelasi negatif. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi afirmasi yang dilakukan, semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan yang dirasakan. This study aims to find out whether there is a correlation between the perception of elements of affirmation towards the anxiety of “Rehat” by Kunto Aji’s listeners. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were listeners of the song Rehat - Kunto Aji who live in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique used to obtain the sample is purposive sampling and managed to get 301 respondents. Data collection techniques used two research instruments, namely instrument affirmation and anxiety instruments. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman correlation test. The results of the analysis show the value of Sig. 0.004 <0.05 and Correlation Coefficient value -.163 which indicates that there is a correlation between the perception of elements of affirmation towards the anxiety of “Rehat” by Kunto Aji’s listeners, with a negative correlation. Thus, the higher the affirmations made, the lower the level of anxiety felt.
