Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres akibat kemacetan terhadap perilaku agresif pengendara sepeda motor di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengendara sepeda motor di Jakarta yang berjumlah 173 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampiling accidental. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Instrumen perilaku agresif terdiri dari 11 aitem dan instrumen stres akibat kemacetan terdiri dari 24 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas Cronbach Alpha masing-masing 0,849 dan 0,878. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi satu prediktor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres akibat kemacetan terhadap perilaku agresif pengendara sepeda motor, dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan F Reg = 18,326 (F Reg > F tabel). Besar pengaruh stres akibat kemacetan terhadap perilaku agresif pengendara sepeda motor adalah 9,7%. This study aims to determine the effect of traffic stress syndrome on the aggressive driving behavior in Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative. The sample of this study was 173 motorcycle riders in Jakarta with sampiling accidental taking technique. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. The aggressive behavior instrument consisted of 11 items and the jam stress stress instrument consisted of 24 items with Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of 0,849 and 0,878, respectively. The statistical analysis used in testing hypotheses is one predictor regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between traffic stress syndrome on aggressive driving behavior, with p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) and F Reg = 18,326 (F Reg > F table). The magnitude of the effect of traffic stress syndrome on aggressive driving behavior is 9,7%.
