Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepercayaan diri para tenaga medis yang masih bekerja selama masa pandemi covid-19. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 174 orang tenaga medis yang tersebar dari 21 daerah provinsi di Indonesia dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki 27 orang dan perempuan sebanyak 147 orang. Beberapa tenaga medis yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah dokter, perawat, bidan, gizi, apoteker, farmasi, teknisi lab medik, rekam medis dan fisioterapi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi deskriptif, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling insidental. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen kepercayaan diri yang dibuat oleh Dinda (2018). Hasil dari penelitian tenaga medis yang masih bekerja selama masa pandemi covid-19 diperoleh tiga tingkat kepercayaan diri yaitu rendah sebanyak 16 orang (9,2%), tingkat kepercayaan diri sedang 72 (41,4%), dan tingkat kepercayaan diri yan tinggi yaitu sebanyak 86 dengan presentasi (49,4%). Hal ini dapat terjadi karena beberapa faktor internal maupun eksternal seperti yakin akan kemampuan yang dimiliki serta selalu optimis dalam menghadapi situasi serta dukungan dari keluarga dan rekan-rekan kerja, situasi dan kondisi di lingkungan kerja juga dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri para tenaga medis. This study aims to find out how the confidence of medical personnel who are still working during the covid-19 pandemic. Subjects in this study were 174 medical workers from 21 provinces in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research using descriptive study, samplimg technique used in this study is incidental sampling technique. The measuring instrumental used in this study is the confidence instrument made by Dinda (2018). The result of this study are medical personnel who are still working during the covid-19 pandemic period, obtained three levels of confidence, namely low as many as 16 peoplel wuth presentation (9,2%), a moderate level of confodence 72 (41,4%), and a level of self confidence high, as many as 86 with presentations (49,4%). This can occur due to several internal and external factors such as being confident in their abilities and always being optimistic in dealing with the situation and the support of family and colleagus, the situation and condition in the work environment can also affect the confidence of the medical staff.
