Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang bekerja sebagai ojek online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 153 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk efikasi diri adalah General Self-Efficacy Scale dan alat ukur untuk stres akademik adalah Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisen korelasi (r) sebesar -0,420 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hubungan yang dihasilkan bersifat negatif, artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri semakin rendah stres akademik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa yang bekerja sebagai ojek online. This research aims to know the relationship between self-efficacy with academic stress on students who work as ojek online. This research uses quantitative methods. The research subject amounted to 153 people acquired with accidental sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used for self-efficacy is the General Self-Efficacy Scale and measuring instrument for academic stress is Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents. The data processing methods used in hypothesis testing are correlation analysis. The results showed the by correlation (r) of-0.420 and P = 0.000 (P < 0.05). The resulting relationship is negative, which means the higher the self-efficacies of the lower academic stress experienced by the students.
