Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kepuasan alumni S1 Teknologi Pendidikan terhadap kurikulum program studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada alumni S1 Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan angkatan 2013-2014 yang berjumlah 21 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dibentuk dari lima aspek kepuasan yaitu bukti fisik atau berwujud (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empaty) menunjukkan bahwa indeks kepuasan alumni terhadap kurikulum Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta terbesar berada pada kategori puas dengan persentase 38%, kemudian diikuti dengan kategori cukup puas dengan persentase 33%, kategori tidak puas dengan persentase 19% dan kategori sangat puas dengan persentase 10%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi referensi dan masukan bagi program studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta untuk meningkatkan kualitas kurikulum menjadi lebih baik lagi di masa mendatang. This study aims to provide an overview of the alumni's satisfaction of Educational Technology Bachelor's programme with the curriculum of the Educational Technology Bachelor's programme at the State University of Jakarta. This study is a descriptive study using a survey method. This study is conducted on alumni of Educational Technology Bachelor's programme class of 2013-2014 in total of 21 respondents. The method of data collection is in the form of questionnaire and an interview. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research were formed by five aspects of service quality; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy showed that the largest alumni satisfaction index with the Educational Technology Curriculum of the State University of Jakarta was in the satisfied category with a percentage of 38%, then followed by the category quite satisfied with a percentage of 33%, the category dissatisfied with a percentage of 19% and the category very satisfied with a percentage of 10%. The implication of this research is to become a reference and input for the Educational Technology programme, State University of Jakarta to improve the quality of the curriculum for the better in the future.
