Abstract

Teknik bibliotherapy merupakan suatu teknik konseling yang menggunakan buku sebagai media konseling. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik bibliotherapy bagi remaja dengan perilaku agresif akibat mendapatkan perilaku emotional abuse dalam pengasuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model DBR (Design-Based Research) sebagai metode pengembangan media. Buku panduan konseling ditujukan untuk profesi Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam memberikan layanan konseling kelompok. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 110 Jakarta dengan perilaku agresif dan mendapatkan perilaku emotional abuse, serta guru bimbingan dan konseling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan angket kepada siswa dan, wawancara kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling maupun siswa. Hasil validitas media memperoleh persentase sebesar 78% dan dinyatakan layak. Sedangkan hasil validitas materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 90% dan dinyatakan sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil validitas tersebut, buku panduan konseling kelompok teknik bibilotherapy bagi remaja dengan perilaku agresif akibat mendapatkan perilaku emotional abuse dalam pengasuhan dikatakan layak. Keterbacaan kelayakan buku panduan konseling dapat digunakan dalam proses konseling kelompok dengan permasalahan yang sama yaitu sering dibanding-bandingkan dan dimarahi oleh orang tua, serta sulit mengatur kemarahan. Bibliotheraphy is a counseling technique used books as counseling media. This purpose of this research is to develop a guideline book for group counseling using bibliotheraphy method to teenagers with aggressive behavior due to emotional abuse in the nurture. This research included in Research and Development with DBR (Design Based Research) in order to model development. The counseling guideline book intended for Guidance and Counseling team in giving counseling to teenagers’ group. The subject of this research is students of grade VIII in SMPN 110 Jakarta with aggressive behavior with emotional abuse experience and guidance and counseling teachers. This research has been done by giving questionnaires to the students and interviewing the teachers and students. The validity test to the media got the percentage of 78% and considered suitable to use. While the validity test for the subject matter got the percentage of 90% and considered very suitable to use. Regarding to the validity tests, a counseling guideline book with bibliotherapy method for aggressive teenagers due to emotional abuse in the nurture is considered to use. Moreover, this counseling guideline book also can be used for the group counseling with similar problems, such as teenagers who often compared and scolded by parents and teenagers who difficult to manage their anger.
