Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa panduan praktis dalam mengevaluasi hasil pelatihan (level 2: Learning) berdasarkan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick bagi Pegawai Sub Bidang Evaluasi Pelatihan Pusdiklat Perpusnas RI. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model 4D (Four-D model) Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap penyebaran (desseminate). Namun karena keterbatasan waktu, pengembangan hanya dilakukan hingga pada tahap ke-3 yaitu pengembangan (develop). Penilaian kelayakan produk dilakukan melalui evaluasi formatif oleh ahli materi, media, dan pengguna. Hasil penelitian rata-rata skor yang diperoleh dari ahli materi sebesar 3.5 dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, oleh ahli media sebesar 3.18 dengan kriteria “layak”, dan oleh pengguna sebesar 3.22 dengan kriteria “layak”. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa buku panduan yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk memberikan panduan kerja kepada Pegawai Sub Bidang Evaluasi Pelatihan Pusdiklat Perpusnas RI dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan evaluasi hasil pelatihan. This development research aims to produce a practical guidebook for evaluating training outcomes (level 2: Learning) based on Kirkpatrick's evaluation model for Training Evaluation Sub-Division Employees of the Pusdiklat Perpusnas RI. The development model used in this study is the Thiagarajan 4D (Four-D model) consisting of the defined stage, the design phase, the development phase, and the deployment stage. However, due to time constraints, development was only carried out at the third stage, namely development. The product feasibility assessment is carried out through formative evaluations by material experts, the media, and users. The results of the study average score obtained from material experts were 3.5 with the criteria "very feasible", by media experts amounted to 3.18 with the criteria "feasible", and by users by 3.22 with the criteria "feasible". These results indicate that the developed guidebook is suitable to be used to provide work guidance to employees of the Pusdiklat Perpusnas RI Training Evaluation Sub-Division in conducting training evaluation activities.
