Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media self-help book untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif dengan menggunakan teknik Assertive Training pada peserta didik korban bullying kelas XI AK dan AP1 di SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Jakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dilakukan hanya 3 tahap yaitu Analyze, Design, dan Development. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan penyebaran angket kepada peserta didik. Hasil validasi dengan ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 73,7% (layak) dan ahli materi sebesar 73,9% (layak). Media self-help book dikatakan layak karena desain cover sesuai dengan tema, bahasa dan istilah yang digunakan baik, penggunaan warna pada huruf sesuai, penggunaan jenis huruf sesuai, tampilan lay out sesuai, serta materi dan konteks layanan sesuai dan kejelasan ilustasi dengan materi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media self-help book untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif dengan menggunakan teknik Assertive Training pada peserta didik korban bully kelas XI di SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Jakarta ini “Layak”. Kata Kunci: Model ADDIE, Self-Help Book, Perilaku Asertif, Bullying, Teknik Assertive Training The purpose of this study was to develop a self-help book to improve assertive behavior by using assertive training techniques for bullied students in class XI AK and AP 1 at Muhammadiyah 6 Vocational High School Jakarta. The study was included in Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which is carried out in only 3 stages, namely Analyze, Design, and Development. The subjects of this study were students of class XI in Muhammadiyah 6 Vocational High School Jakarta. Data collection method used in interview techniques, and questionnaires. The validation test results with media experts got 73,7 (feasible) and content expert got 73,9 (feasible). The self-help media book is said to be feasible because the cover design is in accordance with the theme, language and terms used well, the use of colors in the letters, the use of appropriate fonts, the appearance of the layout is appropriate, and the material and service context is appropriate and the clarity of the illustrations with the material. Therefore, it can be concluded media self-help book to improve assertive behavior by using assertive training techniques for bullied students of XI class in Muhammadiyah 6 Vocational High School Jakarta was a proper way to be employed.
