Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara soft skills terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pekerja PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel soft skills sebagai variabel bebas atau variabel X dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terikat atau variabel Y. Peneliti mengukur tingkat soft skills dan kepuasan kerja pada pekerja dan melihat seberapa besar keberpengaruhan soft skills terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama sebuah perusahaan SPBE yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kemang, Kecamatan Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor pada Maret 2020 sampai Juni 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pekerja PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling dari populasi pekerja di PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama yaitu sebanyak 40 pekerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang memuat 32 butir pernyataan mengenai soft skills dan 25 pernyataan mengenai kepuasan kerja. Total keseluruhan 57 pernyataan peneliti ajukan kepada responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara soft skills terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, soft skills berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang menyatakan bahwa variabel Soft Skills berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja karena memiliki nilai signifikansi < 0,05. This study aims to determine whether there is an impact between soft skills on job satisfaction in PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama. This study uses the soft skills variable as the independent variable or variable X and job satisfaction as the dependent variable or variable Y. Researchers measure the level of soft skills and job satisfaction in workers and see how much influence soft skills have on job satisfaction. The research location was conducted at PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama, an SPBE company located on Jalan Raya Kemang, Kemang District, Bogor Regency from March 2020 to June 2020. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama and the sample used is the total sampling of the working population at PT. Prakarsa Tiga Wiratama, as many as 40 workers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing 32 statements regarding soft skills and 25 statements regarding job satisfaction. A total of 57 statements by researchers submitted to respondents. Data processing was performed using SPSS 16.0 and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that there was an impact f soft skillsto job satisfaction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, soft skills have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 which states that the Soft Skills variable has an effect on the Job Satisfaction variable because it has a significance value <0.05.
