Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan layanan informasi daring berbentuk web dengan materi strategi koping stres agar dapat membantu remaja untuk mendapatkan informasi secara daring dalam memahami pengertian strategi koping stres beserta informasi dalam menangani masalah sehari-hari. Banyaknya remaja dalam satu sekolah dibanding jumlah guru BK serta kebutuhan remaja di sekolah untuk mendapatkan bantuan mengenai stres sehari-hari, dapat diatasi melalui pemberian informasi daring. Melalui penelitian ini, dikembangkan media dan menghasilkan website layanan informasi materi strategi koping stres pada remaja dengan nama COPTA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian Research & Development (R&D) serta model pengembangan waterfall. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 10 Depok dengan populasi kelas XI sejumlah 116 peserta didik. Pengambian sampel menggunakan teknik insidental. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket kepada peserta didik. Pengujian terhadap web dilakukan dengan development testing dan release testing. Pada release testing yang dilakukan melalui validasi uji ahli media mendapatkan presentase sebesar 76,8% (layak) dan ahli materi sebesar 90,5% (sangat layak). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah remaja dalam memahami strategi koping stres dan membantu guru BK dalam memberikan materi strategi koping stres melalui daring kepada para peserta didik dengan lebih mudah. The large number of adolescents in one school compared to the number of counseling teachers and the need for teenagers in schools to get help regarding daily stress can be overcome through providing information online. Through this research, media developed and produced a website for information services on coping strategies for adolescents under the name COPTA. This study uses a quantitative approach with the nature of Research & Development (R&D) and the waterfall development model. This research was conducted at SMAN 10 Depok with a population of class XI of 116 students. Sampling using incidental techniques. Data collection using questionnaires to students. Testing of the web is done by using development testing and release testing. In the release testing which was carried out through the validation test, the media expert got a percentage of 76.8% (feasible) and the material expert was 90,5% (very feasible). The results of this study are expected to make it easier for adolescents to understand coping strategies stress and help counseling teachers in providing coping stress strategy material online to students more easily.
