Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDS Azhari Islamic School Rasuna, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi pendidikan karakter melalui program tahfidz al-qur’an. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2019 hingga Februari 2020. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) proses awal perencanaan pendidikan karakter melalui program tahfidz al-qur’an diawali dengan rapat analisis kurikulum yang tepat dan sesuai dengan program tahfidz al-qur’an dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berlandaskan al-qur’an. Setelah itu, Azhari Islamic School melakukan kerjasama dan membuat MoU dengan pihak Al-Azhar Kairo, dengan target hafalan peserta didik 18 Juz dalam waktu 6 tahun. Kemudian, melakukan rapat penyusunan dan pengembangan kurikulum tahfidz al-qur’an. Selanjutnya, tim penyusun melakukan penentuan program tahfidz al-qur’an dengan menentukan metode dan teknis pembelajaran, menentukan jadwal pelajaran, menentukan indikator tahfidz al-qur’an dan pengembangan nilai karakter peserta didik. (2) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui program tahfidz al-qur’an dilakukan melalui pembelajaran, pembiasaan dan juga kegiatan penunjang. Dalam pembiasaan yaitu mengadakan morning motivation yang dilakukan setiap hari senin. Pembiasaan adab terhadap al-qur’an, dan tentunya pembiasaan dalam menghafal al-qur’an setiap harinya. Kegiatan yang menunjang program tahfidz al-qur’an yaitu kegiatan muroja’ah, kegiatan mukhoyyam dan ekstrakurikuler tahsin. (3) evaluasi pendidikan karakter melalui program tahfidz al-qur’an diawali dari pengamatan guru terhadap perilaku peserta didik, penilaian terhadap kuantitas hafalan, tajwid dan makhroj bacaan, serta kendala-kendala dalam proses pembelajaran, kemudian guru menyiapkan laporan hasil pengamatan. Setelah itu, mengadakan rapat evaluasi. Hasil rapat evaluasi menentukan penilaian dan pemberian sertifikat program tahfidz al-qur’an yang diakui oleh Al-Azhar Kairo dan dapat memunculkan rekomendasi berupa perubahan kebijakan atau perubahan sistem pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter, Tahfidz Al-Qur’an This research was conducted at SDS Azhari Islamic School Rasuna, which aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of character education through the tahfidz al-quran program. This research was conducted from October 2019 to February 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the initial process of planning character education through the tahfidz al-qur'an program begins with a curriculum analysis meeting that is appropriate and in accordance with the tahfidz al-qur'an program in shaping the character of students based on the al-qur 'an. After that, Azhari Islamic School collaborated and made an MoU with Al-Azhar Cairo, with the target of memorizing 18 Juz students within 6 years. Then, hold a meeting for the preparation and development of the tahfidz al-quran curriculum. Furthermore, the drafting team determined the tahfidz al-quran program by determining the methods and techniques of learning, determining lesson schedules, determining the indicators of tahfidz al-quran and developing the character values of students. (2) the implementation of character education through the tahfidz al-quran program is carried out through learning, habituation and also supporting activities. In habituation, namely holding morning motivation which is done every Monday. Adab habit of al-quran, and of course habituation in memorizing al-quran every day. Activities that support the tahfidz al-quran program are muroja'ah activities, mukhoyyam activities and tahsin extracurricular activities. (3) evaluation of character education through the tahfidz al-quran program begins with the teacher's observations of student behavior, an assessment of the quantity of memorization, recitation and reading macros, as well as constraints in the learning process, then the teacher prepares a report on the results of observations. After that, hold an evaluation meeting. The results of the evaluation meeting determine the assessment and awarding of a certificate for the tahfidz al-quran program that is recognized by Al-Azhar Cairo and can generate recommendations in the form of policy changes or changes in the learning system.
