Abstract

Sistem Informasi Alumni Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan FIP UNJ merupakan ide yang muncul untuk membantu Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan FIP UNJ dalam mengelola data dan informasi alumni program studi Manajemen Pendidikan, yang sebelumnya masih dikelola dengan sistem yang memiliki beberapa kendala menjadi sebuah sistem digital yang modern, cepat dan mudah digunakan. Sistem Informasi Alumni Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan FIP UNJ ini merupakan sistem yang diharapkan dapat membantu Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta untuk mengelola data dan informasi alumni secara aman dan mudah untuk diarsipkan maupun ditemukan kembali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang dirumuskan oleh Borg & Gall dengan langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu: 1) studi pendahuluan 2) perencanaan 3) pengembangan produk 4) uji coba tahap awal 5) revisi 6) uji coba tahap akhir 7) revisi tahap akhir 8) uji coba operasional 9) revisi final 10) implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi alumni berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk penyimpanan informasi, sosialisasi, dan komunikasi antara program studi dengan para alumni Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan. Kata kunci: Pengembang Sistem, Alumni, Sistem Informasi Manajemen The Development of Management Information System of Alumni In Educational Management Department Faculty of Education State University of Jakarta Web Based is an idea that has emerged to help the Educational Management Department in managing data and information on alumni of the Educational Management Departement, which previously was still managed with a system that had several obstacles to become a digital system modern, fast and easy to use. The Development of Management Information System of Alumni In Educational Management Department Faculty of Education State University Of Jakarta Web Based is a system that is expected to help the Educational Management Departement to manage alumni data and information safely and easily to be archived or rediscovered. The research method used is Research and Development which steps are: 1) Research and information collecting 2) planning 3) Develop preliminary form of product 4) Preliminary field testing 5) Main product revision 6) Main field testing 7) Operational product revision 8) Operational field testing 9) Final product revision 10) implementation. The result of this research is a website-based alumni information system that can be used as a medium for information storage, socialization, and communication between the study program and the alumni of the Educational Management Departement.
