Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat (Husemas) dalam Menjalin Kerjasama dengan Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri (DUDI) di SMK Taruna Bhakti Kota Depok. Penelitian memfokuskan pada analisis kebutuhan kerjasama, proses kualifikasi dan kesepakatan dan bentuk kerjasama DUDI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpuan data wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Dengan informan terdiri dari: Wakil Kepala Sekolah Hubungan Industri, Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Program, Peserta Didik dan Alumni. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan : (1) Analisis kebutuhan dari kerjasama menentukan tujuan dari hasil evaluasi tahunan, kemudian ditentukan target, strategi yang akan dijadikan rujukan Wakil Kepala Sekolah Hubungan Industri untuk menjalin kerjasama. Untuk melaksanakan perencanaan tersebut membutuhkan anggaran yang berasal dari anggaran tahunan sekolah; (2) Proses kualifikasi dan kesepakatan antara Hubungan Industri dengan perusahaan, sekolah menentukan kriteria perusahaan yang akan dipilih. Kemudian, merujukan seluruh kegiatan administratif kepada perusahaan. Jika terjadi kesepakatan maka perjanjian kedua pihak tertulis dalam MoU;(3) Pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut kerjasama yang terjalin antara antara Waka Hubin SMK Taruna Bhakti Kota Depok dengan DUDI diantaranya Teaching Factory, Prakerin, Rekrutmen Lulusan, Sinkronisasi Kurikulum, Workshop, Guru Tamu, Kunjungan Industri, Transformasi Teknologi Industri ke Sekolah, Product Brandingdan Kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kebutuhan Kerjasama, Kualifikasi dan Kesepakatan DUDI, Bentuk Kerjasama DUDI This research aims to describeManagement of School Public Relations in Improving Cooperation with the Business World / Industrial World (DU / DI) in SMK Taruna Bhakti.Research focuses on analysis of cooperation needs, qualification processes and agreements and forms of Industrial cooperation. The research uses descriptive methods, using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. With the informant consist of: Vice principal of Industrial relations, school principal, head of Program, students and Alumni. The results of the study illustrate: (1) analysis of the needs of cooperation determines the objectives of the annual evaluation, then determined the target, the strategy to be referred as the deputy head of the School of Industry relations to establish cooperation. To implement such planning requires a budget that comes from the school's annual budget; (2) The qualification process and agreement between industrial relations and the company, the school determines the criteria of the company to be selected. Then, refer all administrative activities to the company. In case of agreement then the agreement of the two parties written in the MoU;(3) The form of cooperation that interwoven between the deputy School of Industry relations SMK Taruna Bhakti Kota Depok with the business world/industrial world including Teaching Factory, Student Internship, recruitment graduates, synchronization curriculum, workshops, guest teachers, industry visits, transforming industry technology into schools, Product Branding and entrepreneurship.
