Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Deskripsi dari keadilan organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai hotel bintang 5 diamond di Jakarta, 2) Pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai hotel bintang 5 diamond di Jakarta, 3 Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai hotel bintang 5 diamond di Jakarta, 4) Model penelitian keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat memprediksikan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai hotel bintang 5 diamond di Jakarta. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode survey dengan cara wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan ex post facto. Hasil yang didapat dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi serta model penelitian keadilan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat memprediksikan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai hotel bintang 5 diamond di Jakarta dengan nilai Fhitung> Ftabel (13,268 > 3,08) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). The purpose of this study are: To know 1) The description of organizational justice, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees of five star diamond hotel in Jakarta, 2) Effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment of employees of five star diamond hotel in Jakarta, 3) Effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of the employees of five star diamond hotel in Jakarta, 4) The research model organizational justice and job satisfaction in predicting organizational commitment of the employees of five star diamond hotel in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 115employees of the of the employees of five star diamond hotel in Jakarta. The technique used in data collection is the survey method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 24 program. This research uses descriptive and ex post facto analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between employee organizational justice on organizational commitment, job satisfaction on organizational commitment and research models of organizational justice and job satisfaction can predict the organizational commitment of employees of five star diamond hotel in Jakarta with a value of Fcount > Ftable (13,268 > 3.08) and significance (0,000 <0.05).
