Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan humanisme dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Swasta Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang prosedur pengumpulan datanya dengan metode dan atau teknik observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen atau dokumentasi dan gabungan/triangulasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data yakni dengan mencocokan pola atau pattern matching dengan teknik penjodohan Campbell. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan humanisme dalam pembelajaran di kelas I Sekolah Dasar Swasta Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi adalah menggunakan model Pembelajaran Kooperatif. Pembelajaran Kooperatif adalah suatu strategi belajar mengajar yang menekankan pada sikap atau perilaku bersama dalam bekerja atau membantu di antara sesama dalam struktur kerjasama yang teratur dalam kelompok, yang terdiri dari dua orang atau lebih. Kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum rekomendasi pemerintah yakni Kurikulum 2013 ditambah muatan lokal mata pelajaran budaya humanis dan budi pekerti yang diadopsi dari ajaran Master Cheng Yen dari Taiwan. Dalam hal pembelajaran di kelas, pendidik melatih cara berkomunikasi yang baik, mengingatkan harus empati dan baik kepada semua orang, untuk penilaian pendidik bukan hanya dari hasil ujian tapi juga sikap sehari-hari. Kata kunci : Sekolah Dasar, Humanisme, Pembelajaran This study aims to determine how the application of humanism in learning at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Private Elementary School, West Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in which the data collection procedure uses observation methods and or techniques, interviews, document analysis or documentation and combination / triangulation. In addition, this study uses data analysis by matching the pattern or pattern matching with Campbell's matchmaking technique. The results of the study found that the application of humanism in learning in class I of Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Private Elementary School was using the Cooperative Learning model. Cooperative Learning is a teaching and learning strategy that emphasizes collective attitudes or behaviors in working or helping each other in an organized structure of cooperation in groups consisting of two or more people. The curriculum used is the government's recommended curriculum, namely the 2013 Curriculum plus the local content of humanist culture and character subjects which are adopted from the teachings of Master Cheng Yen from Taiwan. In the case of classroom learning, educators train how to communicate well, remind that they must be empathetic and kind to everyone, for educators' assessment not only from the test results but also daily attitudes.
