Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan spiritual dengan organizational citizenship behavior guru MI Swasta di Kecamatan Kembangan, Kota Jakarta Barat. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Analisis data yang digunakan studi korasional, dengan 2 variabel di dalamnya, yakni variabel (X) Kepemimpinan Spiritual sebagai variabel terikat dan (Y) organizational citizenship behavior (0CB) sebagai variabel bebas. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 80 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode multistage melalui 2 tahap dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,595 dari ttabel sebesar 1,991. Maka, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, kepemimpinan spiritual memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,30% terhadap OCB guru MI Swasta di Kecamatan Kembangan, Kota Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan spiritual dengan OCB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi kepemimpinan spiritual yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah kepada guru, semakin tinggi OCB guru MI Swasta di Kecamatan Kembangan, Kota Jakarta Barat. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Spiritual, OCB, Guru The study to determine the relationship between of spiritual leadership with organizational citizenship behavior teacher MI private vocational school in District Kembangan, West Jakarta. the study uses quantitative with survey and research method. Correlational study in used as the data analysis with 2 variables in it (X) spiritual leadership as independent variable, and (Y) organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable. Samples were as many as 80 teachers. Sampling use multistage methode with two stages of sampling and data collection using the questionnaire. From the result of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount 4,595 which means more than 1,991 ttable. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted negatively. Of the coefficient of determination, the spiritual leadership to performance 21,30% MI private vocational school in District Kembangan, West Jakarta. In conclusion, there is relationship between spiritual leadership with organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of the study is it known that the higher the academic kepemimpinan spiritualon carried out by the Principal to the teacher, the hingher performance of Primary School Teacher In District Kembangan, West Jakarta.
