Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Pengembangan Kapasitas dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kelurahan Malaka Jaya, Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode pendekatan kunatitatif korelasional antara dua variabel didalamnya, yaitu Variabel (X) Pengembangan Kapasitas sebagai Variabel Terikat. Variabel Y Kinerja Guru sebagai variable bebas. Penelitian ini melibatkan 65 sampel guru. Kemudian, dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 7,442 dari ttabel sebesar 1,998. Maka, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, variabel pengembangan kapasitas memberikan kontribusi sebesar 46,65% terhadap variabel kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kelurahan Malaka Jaya, Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Pengembangan Kapasitas dengan kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi kegiatan pengembangan kapasitas yang dilakukan oleh guru, semakin tinggi kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kelurahan Malaka Jaya, Jakarta Timur. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Kapasitas, Kinerja Guru Abstract This research aims to determine the relationship between capacity building with performance of elementary school teachers in Kelurahan Malaka Jaya, East Jakarta. This method of research, using a correlational quantitative approach between the two variables , namely variable (X) Capacity Building as an independent variable. Variable Y, Teachers Performance as a dependent variable. The study involved 65 teacher samples. Then, from the hypothesis test results obtained tcount amounted 7.442 ≥ ttabel 1.998. Thus, an alternate hypothesis (HA) is declared positively acceptable. From the coefficient of determination, the capacity building variable contributes 46.65% to the performance variables of elementary school teachers in kelurahan malaka jaya, East Jakarta. The research results can be concluded that there is a relationship between capacity building and teachers performance. Based on the results of the research can be known that the higher capacity building activities conducted by the teacher, the higher the performance of elementary school teachers in Kelurahan Malaka Jaya, East Jakarta Key words : Capacity Building, Teachers Performance
