Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kepada 194 wanita karir berpendidikan strata-1. Keterikatan Kerja diukur menggunakan alat ukur Urtretch Work Engagement Scale (UWES) versi 17. Motivasi kerja diukur dengan Stott and Walker Questionnaire. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja yang positif dan signifikan. Variabel motivasi kerja berkontribusi sebesar 39,2 % terhadap keterikatan kerja pada wanita karir berpendidikan strata-1, sedangkan sisanya 60,8 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini *********** This study used a quantitative approach in 194 participants of Bachelor’s degree educated career women. Work engagement was measured using the Urtretch Work Engagement Scale (UWES) version 17. While work motivation was measured using the Stott and Walker Questionnaire. The statistical method used to analyze the data of this study was a linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation. Work motivation variable contributed 39.2% to work engagement in Bachelor’s degree educated career women, while the remaining 60.8% was influenced by other factors not measured in this study.
