Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bisa mengevaluasi program Diklat Reviewer di Pusdiklat Kementerian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai pada bulan Januari 2020 hingga bulan Maret 2020 dengan objek penelitian di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Pusdiklat) Kementerian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti). Metode evaluasi program akan menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif dan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode CIPP (contex, input, process dan Product). Berdasarkan metode yang dipilih dan digunakan oleh peneliti dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan pedoman dokumentaqasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Evaluasi terhadap Context meliputi komponen latar belakang, tujuan diklat, dan analisis kebutuhan program Diklat Reviewer Penelitian. (2) Evaluasi terhadap Input dari program Diklat Reviewer membahas tentang sumber daya manusia, alokasi anggaran, kurikulum pelatihan, dan sarana&prasarana dalam menunjang kegiatan Diklat Reviewer Penelitian. (3) Process pada kegiatan 3 program Diklat Reviewer berkaitan dengan sistem perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi ataupun hasil dari pelaksanaan Diklat Reviewer Penelitian. (4) Kesesuaian Product untuk melihat hasil program Diklat Reviewer Penelitian berhubungan dengan hasil nilai yang diperoleh oleh peserta setelah mengikuti diklat. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Diklat, Evaluasi Diklat This study aims to be able to evaluate the Reviewer Training Program in the Education and Training Center Ministry of Technology and Higher Education. This research was conducted from January 2020 to March 2020 with the object of research at the Center for Education and Training(Pusdiklat)MinistryofResearchTechnologyandHigherEducation (Kemenristekdikti).Program evaluation methods will use evaluative approaches and descriptive qualitative methods. In this study will use the CIPP method (contex, input, process and Product).Based on the method chosen and used by researchers in data collection namely observation, interviews and documentation guidelines.Research shows that: (1) Evaluation of the Context includes background components, training objectives, and analysis of the needs of the Research ReviewerTraining program. (2) Evaluation of Inputs from the Reviewer Training Program discusses human resources, budget allocations, training curricula, and facilities & infrastructure to support the ResearchReviewerTrainingactivities.(3)ProcessintheReviewerTraining vProgramactivitiesisrelatedtotheplanning,implementation,andevaluation system or the results of the Research Reviewer's Training. (4) Product conformitytoseetheresultsoftheResearchReviewerTrainingprogramis related to the results obtained by participants after attending thetraining
