Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program pelatihan “Anti Fraud” di PT. Bank DKI. Berdasarkan metodenya penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model yang digunakan yaitu Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) oleh M. Atwi Suparman. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui delapan langkah yang ada dalam Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI). Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan program pelatihan dan contoh bahan ajar instruksional berupa slide presentasi. Responden yang terlibat untuk mengevaluasi produk diantaranya, ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli materi pembelajaran. Nilai yang didapat pada evaluasi formatif oleh ahli untuk materi pembelajaran sebesar 3 (baik) dan desain pembelajaran 3,58 (sangat baik). Hasil penilaian digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Program Pelatihan, Fraud, Anti Fraud, Model MPI The research development aim to develop a “Anti Fraud” training program at PT. Bank DKI. Based on the method of this research included in the research and development method. The model used is the Instructional Development Model (MPI) by M. Atwi Suparman. The development procedure is carried out through the eight steps in the Instructional Development Model (MPI). Research results in the form of training program planning and examples of instructional teaching materials in the form of presentation slides. Respondents involved in evaluating products included learning design experts and learning material experts. The score obtained at the formative evaluation stage by experts for learning material is 3 (good) and learning design is 3.58 (very good). The assessment results are used to improve the quality of the product produced. Keywords: Development, Training Program, Fraud, Anti Fraud, MPI Model
