Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga diri terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada program bidang kependidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari 146 responden penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat harga diri maupun tingkat kematangan karir pada mahasiswa akhir program bidang kependidikan tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara harga diri dan kematangan karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada program bidang kependidikan. Pengaruh yang diberikan adalah sebesar 13,1% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain harga diri. Kata Kunci: Harga Diri, Kematangan Karir, Mahasiswa tingkah akhir Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of self-esteem on the career maturity of final year students in educational field programs. This research is using quantitative methods. The result from 146 respondents showed that the level of self-esteem and the level of career maturity among the final year of the education field program was in the high category. The analysis result showed that the significance of 0,000 (p<0,05). Based on these results, it can be conclude that the hypothesis of this research has been accepted, there is an influence between self-esteem and career maturity of final year students in education field programs. The influence given by self-esteem on career maturity was 13.1% and the rest was influenced by other variables than self-esteem. Keywords: Self-Esteem, Career Maturity, Final Year Student
