Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video tutorial manajemen waktu dalam rangka membantu peserta didik kelas X SMK Strada Jakarta memperoleh informasi mengenai manajemen waktu. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan terhadap 131 peserta didik, sebanyak 54,9% (72 peserta didik) memiliki pengetahuan mengenai manajemen waktu yang rendah. Sampel diambil dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 131 peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pegembangan dengan desain penelitian menggunakan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Analysis, Design, dan Development. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan media dalam kategori sangat layak (83,8%), hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan konten materi sangat layak (91,7%), dan hasil uji coba terbatas pada peserta didik menunjukkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap manajemen waktu mencapai 83%. Kelebihan media ini adalah terpenuhinya kesesuaian gambar dengan materi, adanya info/motion grafik, banyak caption penjelas dan kesesuaian setting dan musik yang digunakan. Kekurangan media yang yang masih perlu diperbaiki adalah kurangnya aspek sinematografi dan kurangnya pencahayaan pada video tutorial. ************** DEVELOPMENT OF VIDEO TUTORIAL ABOUT TIME MANAGEMENT FOR STUDENTS IN CLASS X SMK STRADA JAKARTA (2020)Rahmi Latifa NuriABSTRACTThis study aims to develop a time management video tutorial media in order to help students of class X SMK StradaJakarta obtain information about time management. Based on a preliminary study of 131 students, 54.9% (72 students) had low time management knowledge.Samples were taken with non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique with the number ofsamples obtained as many as 131 students.The research method used is research and development with research design using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research phase carried out was Analysis, Design, and Development.The results of the validation of the media experts showed that the media in the category of very feasible (83.8%), the results of the validation of the material experts showed that the content of the material was very decent (91.7%), and the results of the trial were limited to students showing their understanding time managementreached 83%.The advantages of this media are the fulfillment of the suitability of the image with the material, the existence of info / motion graphics, many explanatory caption and suitability of the settings and music used.The shortcomings of media that still need to be fixed are the lack of cinematographic aspects and the lack of lighting in the video tutorial
