Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh persepsi kepemilikan barang mewah terhadap harga diri pada wanita. Pengukuran persepsi kepemilikan barang mewah menggunakan alat ukur Luxury Valur Perception dan pengukuran harga diri menggunakan alat ukur Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 150 wanita yang memiliki barang mewah. Data kemudian diolah dengan teknik statistik analisis regresi satu prediktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan F 42,602; p<0.05 yang menandakan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi kepemilikan barang mewah terhadap harga diri pada wanita. Pengaruh yang dihasilkan sebesar 1,4% This study aims to look at the effect of ownership perception of luxury goods on self-esteem in women. The measurement of ownership perceptions of luxury goods uses the Luxury Value Perception measuring instrument and the measurement of self-esteem uses the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale. Participants in this study were 150 women who had luxury goods. The data was processed with statistical techniques of one-predictor regression analysis. The results showed F 42,602; p <0.05 which indicated no significant effect between ownership perception of luxury goods on self-esteem in women. The resulting effect was 1.4%.
