Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali informasi terkait dampak dan efektifitas yang dihasilkan dari program Diklat Teknis Subtantif Kurikulum 2013 pada Guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA) di kota Jakarta Timur yang diselenggarakan oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang diambil adalah evaluasi program dengan model Kirkpatrick yang berfokus pada 4 level evaluasi yaitu (Reaksi, Pembelajaran, perilaku dan hasil). Dari keempat level evaluasi yang telah diteliti didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) Peserta memberikan respon yang positif pada setiap aspek dalam level reaksi, 2) Pada level pembelajaran didapat hasil yang memuaskan pada nilai capaian kelulusan diklat dimana nilai tersebut diambil dari aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan selama pembelajaran, 3) Pada level perilaku ditemukan perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku (PSP) yang cukup signifikan baik dalam pengimplementasian dan diseminasi hasil diklat, begitu juga dengan kompetensi guru di bidang kurikulum 2013, 4) Pada level hasil dampak yang dihasilkan berupa peningkatan kompetensi, motivasi serta kinerja guru alumni diklat dan kesemuanya memberikan nilai efisiensi bagi lembaga. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Evaluasi Program, Kirkpatrick, “The Four Level”, Raudhatul Athfal *** This study aims to explore informations related to the impact and effectiveness of the 2013 Curriculum Substantive Technical Training program for Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Teachers in the city of East Jakarta organized by the Jakarta Religious Education and Training Center. The research method used is program evaluation with Kirkpatrick's model which focuses on The four levels of evaluation (reaction, learning, behavior and result). From the four evaluation levels that have been studied, the results show that: 1) Participants gave positive responses to every aspect of the reaction level, 2) At the learning level, satisfactory results are obtained on the training passing scores, where the values are taken from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills during learning, 3) At the behavior level, there was a significant change in knowledge, attitude and behaviour both in the inplementation and dissemination of the results of the training, as well as the competence of teachers in the 2013 curriculum, 4) At the level of results, the impact is teacher’s competence increase, motivation and performance of the teachers ex training participant provide efficiency values for the institution.
