Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelaksanaan pengabdian pada Masyarakat serta Variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi di Poltekes Kemenkes RI Jakarta III. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 200 dosen dan pegawai di Poltekes Kemenkes RI Jakarta III. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap budaya organisasi, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dukungan sosial terhadap budaya organisasi, (6) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas melalui budaya organisasi, (7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas melalui budaya organisasi. Dengan demikian peningkatan kualitas dosen dan karyawan dapat diraih dengan baik apabila adanya pengaruh kuat dari kepemimpinan, dukungan sosial, budaya organisasi, yang terbina dengan baik. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, dukungan sosial, budaya organisasi, kualitas ********* The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality of the implementation of community service and the variables that affect the Polytechnic Ministry of Health RI Jakarta III. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of this study was 200 lecturers and staff at the Poltekes RI Ministry of Health Jakarta III. The results of this study indicate that; (1) there is a positive direct influence of leadership on quality, (2) there is a positive direct effect of social support on quality,(3) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture on quality, (4) there is a positive direct effect of leadership on organizational culture, (5) there is a positive direct effect of social support on organizational culture, (6) there is a positive indirect effect of leadership on quality through organizational culture, (7) there is a positive indirect effect of social support on quality through organizational culture. Thus improving the quality of lecturers and staff can be achieved well if there is a strong influence from leadership, social support, organizational culture, which is well maintained.
